• Represented a real estate private equity firm in multiple transactions involving the sale of a multifamily property in Orlando, FL, the sale of an office building in Morrisville, NC, and the acquisition and financing of a build‑to‑rent single‑family residential community in Monroe, NC. 
• Represented a national professional trade association in the sale of a commercial office building in Alexandria, VA.
• Represented a manufactured housing community owner and operator in the refinancing of a multi‑state portfolio of manufactured housing communities with a national institutional lender.
• Represented a publicly traded REIT in multiple transactions, including the acquisition of an office building in Washington, DC, through a reverse 1031 exchange and the sale of a multifamily residential property in Reston, VA.
• Represented a real estate investment and development company in the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of shopping centers located in California and Washington, including the negotiation of a joint venture agreement with a sponsor partner.
• Represented a real estate investment and development company in the sale of an office and warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA.
