Mitchell Ferris

As a patent attorney, Mitchell counsels clients on IP strategy, with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution. He works on patent applications across a wide range of technologies, with a focus on wearable devices, electronics, software applications, augmented and virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and wireless communications. In addition to his work before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Mitchell manages and coordinates with foreign associates across numerous foreign jurisdictions to facilitate comprehensive, worldwide IP coverage. 

Mitchell assists clients with comprehensive IP portfolio development strategies, and competitor tracking and targeting campaigns. He also has experience with preparing patentability and infringement opinions.
