Nardeen represents companies and consumer brands in high-stakes litigation — including complex commercial disputes, real estate litigation, and class actions — and advises clients on advertising compliance, from “Made in USA” origin claims to FTC regulatory strategy. Whether defending a company in a high-stakes dispute or guiding a brand through the evolving landscape of advertising law, she brings sharp analytical thinking and a detail-oriented approach to every engagement.

Client Work

Litigation

  • Defends companies in complex commercial disputes, class actions, and product liability matters through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit analysis through trial, with experience delivering opening and closing statements and conducting direct and cross-examinations
  • Represents clients in real estate litigation, including disputes involving commercial leases, title and ownership conflicts, and property-related contractual claims
  • Supports clients in government investigations and enforcement matters involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, FCPA, and Department of Justice inquiries

Advertising & Consumer Protection

  • Advises consumer product companies on FTC-compliant advertising and marketing claims, including “Made in USA” labeling, origin claims, and substantiation requirements
  • Counsels brands on promotional materials, product labeling, and regulatory strategy for consumer-facing products, including FDA-regulated categories
  • Assists clients in defending against deceptive advertising challenges and branding disputes

Previous Work

Nardeen earned her J.D. cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where she received a full-tuition merit scholarship as part of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors program and served as Executive Development Editor for the New England Law Review. Before joining ArentFox Schiff, she gained federal litigation experience through internships at the United States Attorney’s Office and the Federal Public Defender’s Office, and served as a judicial intern for U.S. District Court Chief Magistrate Judge Donald L. Cabell.

Before law school, Nardeen worked as a residential real estate agent in New York City and taught English and English literature in Israel.
