Denny is an associate in the International Trade & Investment group. He is admitted to practice law in the United States and Brazil. His practice focuses on global trade and import compliance matters, including US Customs regulations and free trade programs, and US tariffs.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Denny practiced law in Brazil for several years, where he advised national associations and represented them in complex litigation, including class actions against the Brazilian federal government. His background gives him a deep understanding of the Brazilian legal system, complementing his US customs and trade practice while offering a valuable cross-border perspective for clients.

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Denny enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family, dogs, and friends.
